User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Not share your Pro account with others

Subscription and Payments

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distributing malware or harmful code
  • Harassing or abusing other users or our support team
  • Using the service to violate any laws or regulations

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass rate limits

Limitation of Liability

Movie Search is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Movie information is sourced from third-party databases and may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of movie data.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
